Homer called in and said that he couldn't get logged in using CCUser08603. He was able to get CCUser08601, 02 & 04 logged in. When I checked Swipe Simple, there was no user CCUser08603. I created the user and set the password to the standard. He was able to log in. |

Claudia called in and said they tried to run a transaction on card 5888 for $257.81 on today's date, that the terminal lost it's communication and never got approval on. They then ran the transaction on VT (but used Branch 11) and got approval. Customer called them back saying that he has been double billed. Called Tsys and they did show the approval on both terminal 086 and VT Branch 11. Deleted the transaction from the Tsys Batch so the cardholder would not be billed both times. |
