4	May 19 2025		Alexander Wilkins	Spoke with Twinkle, stated that Expedia Cards (555243) were declining when being used. PCS Support stated they do not see any cards starting with those 6 digits in their system starting from April 1st. Check ClientLine, multiple cards used and one showing as declined on 05/14/2025 Merchant Invalid error code. Called Beacon multiple times this morning to no response from phone line. Also sent email to [email protected] regarding the issue.
