1	May 07 2025		Charlotte Groff	received an email from SBC stating that they are closing this account for inactivity and for ACH reject for April Fees ($19.95). Tricia said that the merchant's entire property, house and barn, completely flooded when the 5 days of storms came through and she does not want to add anymore stress to the merchant having to worry about these fees. She volunteered to pay them herself, both the monthly fee and the reject fee - total of $44.95. I emailed a request to SBC to get them to pull $44.95 from Impact's residuals and we will deduct from Tricia's residuals.
2	Dec 05 2024		Charlotte Groff	Received email from Tricia, the business has closed it's season. Submitted request to SBC to have the $19.95 statement fee removed until opening time again.
3	Nov 12 2024		Charlotte Groff	Per email from Tricia - merchant is reopening for the new season. Submitted request to have SBC add in the $19.95 statement fee.
4	Apr 03 2024		Charlotte Groff	spoke to Tricia in Jan regarding this merchant being seasonal. I dropped the ball and failed to get their fees removed. I have requested SBC remove their $19.95 fee and also requested a refund for Feb and March. Merchant will be opening back up in July per Tricia. She said that she will let us know when they reopen.
