Lisa called and said customer was charged twice on 6/5/2023 for $343.59 card 2722. Transaction was charged twice and had 2 settlements it was confirmed in the system. I walked her through the refund process and it was resolved. |

Lisa called and said that when she tried to batch this morning she got batch close error. Had to delete the transaction $38.36 - Card 6983 from the Tsys batch. Confirmed that it was processed on VT on 5/5/2023. Was able to successfully batch afterward. |
