2	Aug 01 2023			Paula called in and was getting Batch close error. Had to delete a transaction from 4/7 for $6.01 card 6053. This customer ended up paying cash. After transaction was deleted, the batch closed successfully
3	Aug 01 2023			Received an email from Corissa Stephens at Corporate. Paula had emailed her this morning saying that her terminal did not batch for 3/23 transactions. Confirmed in IQ and then called Paula. She was able to manually batch without issue
4	Aug 01 2023			Entered in sr to lower rate to go active 3/1. attached rate reduction form in documents and merchant file
5	Aug 01 2023			Paula called and said she hasn't received a batch report on her terminal since 1/27. She did batch for 1/27 but didn't run any more transactions on terminal until 2/6 and then on 2/8. I had to delete $33.27 Card 1383 from 2/2. She confirmed that this customer paid in cash when the card didn't go through. She was able to successfully batch aftewards.

Tried to close batch from SwipeSimple first and it said the batch was empty. Looked at current batch in Tsys and saw 5 transactions in there (4 from 13th and 1 from 14th). Asked about 1st transaction of $56.45 - Card 2857 and Paula said terminal wouldn't work so she keyed it into Virtual. Check Virtual but didn't see it so checked the Mobile #11 trans and found it there. Cardholder was billed for that so we deleted it from the current batch in Tsys and then manually closed out the batch from Tsys.
