1 Nov 28 2023 Charlotte Groff Cindy called and said that her terminal #2 was giving her an error for the batch, but when I looked at her transaction from yesterday, it did batch. She confirmed that she had a batch receipt this morning when she opened the store. I had her run a test transaction for $0.01 just to make sure the terminal is working correctly. It worked fine. She voided her test transaction.
2 Aug 01 2023 Spoke with Cindy on duplicate transaction that was made on 6/20 on terminal 609 2 for $77.23- card 8329. Looked in system to see if these 2 transactions were settled and we advised her to contact the customer and let them know the transaction went through twice and to get the card holds full card number and expiration date in order to refund the customer $77.23.
3 Aug 01 2023 Terminal hasn't batched since 3/22. Called branch and spoke to Cindy. Had to delete $152.54 card 3881 from Tsys. Did find that they ran the transaction on VT on 3/21/23. After trans was deleted, was able to batch.

When I called the branch and spoke to Danielle she said they'd been having a lot of issues with the terminal. When they would try anything in the SwipeSimple app it would crash and just close down.
