Called Swipe Simple back and spoke to Eric - he asked for the transaction number and said that he would have to send this over to the Engineering dept and they would get back to me within 24 hours. I had him go to the Settings/Merchant Account and the terminal was pointed to the Mobile #95. Had him change that to Terminal #95 and he was good to go after that
