1 Dec 04 2023 Charlotte Groff Spoke to Erica - she ran a transaction on 11/29/23 for $2522.33 on card 9446 on the terminal. The terminal lost communication during the transaction so she tried to run it on the VT. She got declined. Cardholder called his bank and they said they approved the transaction. I checked in SS and only saw the declined transaction but IQ Authorization log is showing the approved transaction in addition to showing the declined one. Emailed GEM team to have the transaction rekeyed so that merchant will be paid and cardholder will be billed.

3 Aug 01 2023 Spoke with Alva due to batch close error. Trans $466.20 card 466.20 was paid by check after the card was ran in terminal holding up the batch. Called TSYS due to the batch close error that kept coming up and they in fact said it was successful so I checked this morning to see if it batched in the system and it did. Batch closed successfully.

Called Swipe Simple and they are researching it on ticket # 200602
9 Aug 01 2023 User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: TT - Stephanie - Customer called the branch to say he had been double charged $244.61 - Card 5896 from 11/1921 & 11/21/21. I can see the transaction in Swipe Simple on 11/18 and 11/19. Confirmed that both transactions had been paid to Binswanger as well. She will issue customer a refund
10 Aug 01 2023 User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: TT Cody and he was getting invalid user or password trying to log into his Swipe Simple app on his phone. Confirmed that he was using the correct user ID and password. His account was locked so told him to use the forgot password to get his password reset so he wouldn't have to wait the 10 minutes for it to unlock.
