Christie called and said that she did not get a batch receipt for Friday or Monday (3/3 & 3/6). Deleted $20.18 on Card 6941 and was able to batch successfully. Did confirm that $20.18 had been run on VT before deleting. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Noticed that the terminal did not batch for 5/24. Checked further back and discovered that it had not batched since 5/18. Called the Branch and spoke to Yolanda. They had run a transaction for $79.95 Card 6057 that was holding up the batch. I did check to make sure that the transaction had been authorized by other means and they had manually keyed it in but under Branch 11 on Virtual. Deleted the transaction from the current TSYS batch and was able to successfully batch in SS. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: during audit noticed that 3/29 & 3/30 did not batch. Called branch and spoke to Christie. She received batch close error. Ran current batch and found trans $175.97 card 1539 at top of current batch receipt. I found the transaction had been run on virtual but it was processed under Branch 11 instead of #97 and it was on 3/29. Deleted the batch from TSYS and was able to successfully batch in SS. |

Customer contacted their bank and the transaction was pending. Advised her that the Pending status on the transaction will fall off after a few days but there was no authorization showing in the Swipe simple system. |

Pulled the current batch in Tsys and the 1st transaction was for $479.39 - card #2916. Confirmed that this transaction was keyed via virtual and then I deleted the trans from the batch. We were able to successfully close the batch afterward |

They ended up having to log back in but the terminal was pointed to Branch 029 instead of 97. Had them find and select terminal 97. Had to also disconnect the power from the terminal and plug it back in. Then they were able to run transactions |

Found 1st transaction in current batch for $133.46 Card # 9262. Yolanda remembered keying this into the virtual terminal when it didn't go through on terminal. I did find the transaction in the computer but it was under Mobile #11. Cardholder was billed. Deleted the transaction from the batch and she was able to successfully batch. |
