TT Robin about her rate. She thinks she is on a 4% Effective rate. I did the math and it looks more like 3.5%. She does have a transaction risk fee and a review trackers fee. I told her that I would get both of these removed for her. If at the end of may she is still not happy with her rate we will move her to SBC. With a rate of 2.5% + $0.10 on Q and Mid and then 3% + $0.10 on non qual. Monthly fee would be $8 and then a rental of $19.95 for VL 100.
