3	Dec 15 2023		Charlotte Groff	Spoke to Kathy. She tried to run an American Express card today for $4050.00 on card 2003 and it was declined with a cv code. She had swiped the card on USAePay. I called TSYS and they told me that the merchant wasn't even set up for American Express on their system. When I look in NPCrm, there is an AmEx id number. I called the GEM team (spoke to Robin) to see what needs to be done to get the AmEx set up on Tsys side. She's going to send an email to the Download team and make sure that it's set up correctly. She will get back to me via email once she hears something.
