TT Kari and Brad, the merchant sent in a video of their VL500 freezing up and not accepting chip or swipe. Brad says that it happens often and he has to reboot the terminal to get them working correctly. I called Valor and they pushed update software to each terminal that will go into effect after the terminals batch out. I also told Brad that I would send him a newer version (VP550) and have him try that. |

merchant called in regarding Saturday 3/16/24 deposit not hitting her bank account on Monday. Informed her of the file transmission issue that occurred with NCR and let her know that it's been resolved and the deposit should be in her account today. |

Sent Kari email on the sim cards. I was able to find 3 so we are shipping all 3 out.

These SIM cards can be hard to insert at times. Please have the merchant call us to walk him through how to insert the sim card or watch this video for help.  It's easy to get the card stuck in there if you dont know what you are doing. Then you cant get it out or use it. So its important that he watch the video or call for helpÂ

Kari Rosado called in and said that the merchant is requesting an additional VL500. They will be sending in the non-working terminal. Kari will be buying this terminal for the merchant. Requested Tsys var for the additional terminal |

batch is still not going through. Called Valor TT John and he is escalating and will get TT Carol she was missing $17, 839.62 from Saturday business. Checked in Valor and one of the terminals hadn't settled. Walked him through a settlement and explained terminal could've been offline at settle time.Then back to me today. |

Carol Wasik called about deposit for 4/8/2023. She stated that they made close to $22,000.00 dollars on 4/8/2023 but $3,883.03 was only deposited. I looked in pioneer and saw where the deposit had been made for the $3,883.03. I spoke with Mike to get some insight on this matter and he then told me to transfer Carol over to him to help rectify this matter. |

Brad called in saying that he has regular customers with their cards on file and he doesn't have all of the zip codes as some live internationally. He wanted me to remove the AVS from his machines so that he wouldn't have to enter the zip codes. I removed AVS from both terminals and Mike walked him through how to get the paramaters updated on his terminal |
