Spoke to Dejavoo and they stated that she needed to be set to Host Initiated Auto Settlement as they are on Revup. Made change and merchant is now batching out correctly. Merchant has a Dejavoo P5 with Revup.
2 Mar 03 2025 Charlotte Groff Tabatha called and wanted to know why her batch from Friday, 2/28 was so low. The batch that we received on Friday was for 2/24 & 2/25 transactions. We manually batched the 2/28 transactions for her. She did say that she's been turning the terminal off every night when she leaves. This was the reason it wasn't batching. We also turned on 7% tax rate for her.
3 Feb 12 2025 Charlotte Groff received email from Tricia stating that this merchant needs to be moved off of Swipe Simple and over to RevUp POS with a P5 plus SIM card for $29.95/mo per Dee. The reason for the switch is because the B250 card reader that she has with Swipe Simple is not reliable. Often times it will not work. Requested new Var for RevUp. Current pricing is already set to $29.95/mo so no need to have pricing changed.

She said this was her last show of the year so she's not stressed about it. She asked if we could call her back next week to discuss the terminal. She seemed fine about everything

I also reached out to Tabatha to see if reader was working. Her mother passed away this morning so she will call us when she has time to troubleshoot. She says it may have been because she turned her wi-fi off. Shipped new card reader tracking # 773882632031 next day

10 Aug 10 2023 Charlotte Groff Tabitha called and wanted to make sure that a transaction she ran yesterday for $399.25 would be deposited today. I checked Pioneer and confirmed that the deposit did go out today and let her know.
