2	May 07 2025		Charlotte Groff	Richard called and wanted to know how to cancel his account. He's decided to go with his bank because they can get lower fees that are being charged to his customers. He did say that if things don't work out with his bank that he would definitely come back to us. I emailed him the cancellation request form to sign and gave our address for him to ship the B250 back to us. I also asked that he include a copy of the signed form in the box with the dongle to ensure that his account is credited properly for the equipment.
