2 Apr 16 2025 Charlotte Groff Received a call from merchant stating that his bank account has not been changed yet and his old bank is about to close. I informed him that, while we have the bank letter that was sent to us, we will also need the ACH Change form signed and returned to us before it can be changed. Resent my original email with the form attached back to them.
3 Mar 04 2025 Charlotte Groff Received a letter from merchant's bank for a depository account. I emailed Mr. Dave the ACH Change request form for him to sign and asked the question if his fees are to also come from this new account. Waiting to hear back from him and get the signed form so that I can submit the new banking info.
4 Jul 24 2024 Charlotte Groff SBC questioned a refund on visa card 5620 for $50.00. Called merchant and he said that he doesn't know where the refund came from and not to process it.

7 Nov 14 2023 Morgan Withee TT merchant again today. We tried to connect ethernet again but it did not work. Dee is trying to help him. He has instructed merchant to get a longer cord then call back.

10 Aug 01 2023 Merchant called back and still could not get connected. I got Rudy from Valor terminal support on the phone to try to help. The merchant does not know what his WiFi password is and will call back once he gets it
11 Aug 01 2023 TT Merchant trying to reconnect to Wi-fi when he puts the password in it goes back to The first screen. I asked him to double check his password. He is entering some number he is getting on his router. I think he isn't using the correct password. He will try to confirm his password and call back if needed.
