3 Aug 01 2023 Teresa called asking about why her batch for Saturday 4/15 shows $11227.59 but her deposit this morning was only for $4290.52. When I looked in Clientline, I saw the batch $4290.52 on 4/16 and when I broadened my date range to include 4/16 & 4/17 I would get the $11,227.59. In Settlement in Clientline looking at 17th I see the $6937.07. I called her back and told her that for some reason it got split into 2 batches and one posted on 4/16 and the other on 4/17. The 4/17 batch she should get in her bank account on 4/18
4 Aug 01 2023 Teresa called inquiring a potentail fraudulent call about PCI compliance. I looked up her account to see if she was compliant which she was then I did some research on the number she game me and it comes up as a fraudulent call. I advised her that we wouldn't call if she was in non compliance and that we would always send an email.

She would pay $29.95 for the app and $24.95 for monthly fees to impact. This must be done on the 1st. Will get back to me to let me know how to move forward

Tried to call Clover to find out what her batch time is and if it was auto-batch and could never get to the correct department. Theresa finally said she'd try to figure something out and we will regroup later in the week.
