2 Apr 04 2025 Alexander Wilkins Spoke with Angel, Mendenhall had their VT deactivated due to not being used for months. Reactivated it. Their VL100 will no longer turn on possibly due to power surge from weather recently. Will set up a new terminal and get it sent over to the location.

4 Feb 18 2025 Charlotte Groff Received email notification for chargeback for $2500.00 from trans date 1/17/25. Case # 2025043033401. Spoke to Angela and she said that she had not received that notification. Forwarded her the CB notification so that she could send her rebuttal.

8 Aug 01 2023 They are still having issues with their WiFi.  Tricia is supposed to get back to me to tell me if they want to upgrade to the VL110, which has a sim card availability. She may call in about this while I am away so I wanted to update you both on this. I will also put this in the notes in CRM.  The cost of the terminal is similar so all we would have to increase their monthly fee for is the sim card use which is a $12 monthly fee per MID/terminal.  There is a one time $10 activation fee I am willing to waive for them so let her know we are doing this!  We do not have any VL 110 in stock which I let her know.  SBC does carry these so we will have to purchase 2 of those and have them debit our residuals for these devices.  Ask them to also send us a sim card for each if they do not mind.  
9 Aug 01 2023 Called Tricia to ,let her know terminal was ready. She is picking up
10 Aug 01 2023 I noticed that this merchant had not processed since 12/29 so I had tricia stop by to see what was going on. She said that the merchant called in december on multiple occassions to get support and the only thing they were told to do was restart the terminal which did not work. So the merchant decided to go back to their old provider.... I downloaded a new VL 100 and will get it sent out immediately to the merchant. I also set them up with a VT user with the email address [email protected]
