I had him try to reprint a receipt and you could hear the terminal trying to spit out the paper but no paper was advancing. He said that no one dropped or knocked the terminal off that he knows of. While I was getting PAX on the phone he was able to adjust the little prong that holds the paper spindle in place and it started printing.
