User: Morgan Withee -> Notes: Evelyn called in bc her terminal had not made it there yet. I looked in FedEx and see they attempted to delivery but no one was there. Evelyn let me know that she has moved locations and called in to have this changed however I do not see any notes. I put her new address in the notes as well as in the system. I will enter in a SR with Vantiv to get this changed in their system. I am having her package held at a FedEx in Houston so she can go pick it up. |

She said Aimee did not gave it to her however Aimee gave her directions of how to get it herself... I told her I would email her a copy of her 1099K. She also requested the last 6 months of statements which I will send over with 1099K. She said she wants a new terminal so I will quote her for a Desk3500. Merchant also stated that she needs something for her website so I suggested authorize.net since she said she did not like USA epay. I told her that I would get her a list of the shopping carts that integrate with authorize.net. |
