1 Aug 27 2024 Charlotte Groff Amanda sent an email stating that she had not received her deposit from 8/23/24. I checked Clientline and confirmed the deposit amount of $595.10. Called PCS and spoke to Stacey and she says that it was sent and told me to have merchant fax over screenshot of their bank account from 8/23 until 8/27. Sent that screenshot in an email to PCS [email protected] asking for an ACH tracing number or some way to help the merchant find the deposit. Received from PCS: A support case with number 03856135
2 Aug 01 2023 Received notice from PCS today that they have sent the merchant an email with a link where they can pay for the new Clover Mini they ordered. I called Amanda at Oscar's and got voicemail. Left a detailed message about the email, who it will be from and that as soon as the payment is made via the link then the equipment will be deployed.
3 Aug 01 2023 Submitted the signed Clover Out of Warranty Replacement Program form to PCS ordering 1 new Clover Mini. Informed Amanda (merchant) that the payment would be debited from her checking account. The PCS ticket number for the replacement order is 4619274
4 Aug 01 2023 Amanda sent Morgan an email stating she was ready to get a new Clover Mini. I called PCS and they sent me a form for Out of Warranty Clover Replacements. I filled out the form and sent it to Amanda for her signature. I will submit it to PCS once I get the signed form back.
5 Aug 01 2023 Morgan Withee User: Morgan Withee -> Notes: Amanda emailed again about the same chargeback. They finally got the inventory but the customer is refusing to pick it up.
6 Aug 01 2023 Morgan Withee User: Morgan Withee -> Notes: Amanda emailed and said they had a chargeback and how could she respond quickly. I gave her access to clientline so that she could respond to it in the portal. It kept telling her that the accoutn was locked and would not let her submit the documents. Clientline said that it will take 24 hours because the dispute manager becomes live. I let amanda know to email or call back if its not working tomorrow.
7 Aug 01 2023 Morgan Withee User: Morgan Withee -> Notes: Turns out clover or Fiserv put them on a security hold bc they were over their monthly processing limit. They raised it to 59K monthly. Starting tomorrow they should see no delay in funding.
