2 Jun 26 2024 Charlotte Groff received email from PCS regarding a refund that rejected at settlement time for $216.70 on 6/25/24 on card 7535. Talked to Becca and she said the refund should have been processed because the cardholder cancelled a reservation for a 5 day stay in July and she issued the refund due to plenty of notice. Also, cardholder told her that her previous card had been compromised and she had to cancel that card so she needs the refund issued on the replacment card.
3 Jan 31 2024 Charlotte Groff Becca called and said that she had changed phones and could no longer get into her Valor VT. She had already downloaded the app however she was using the email address instead of the user name. I gave her the correct user name and I also changed the phone number in Valor from a landline number to a cell phone number so that she could use the 2FA

6 Nov 14 2023 Morgan Withee Kamal tried to walk merchant through download of their new vl 100 but it was getting a datawire: no receipt error. I looked over the profile and the MID had an extra 1. I corrected that and updated the terminal. We ran a test transaction and it worked. They are good to go for now.
7 Nov 14 2023 Charlotte Groff Becca at Southaven RV also takes the payments for Country View RV so the Valor 100 terminal that we had sent to Country View was sent to Southaven RV office (merchant's doing). However, Country View RV decided not to use us and signed with PayRoc. The VL100 (originally meant for Country View) will be reprogrammed for Southaven RV so that they can get rid of their FD terminal and process on Valor.

10 Aug 01 2023 PCS emailed asking for documentation on a refund for $260.04 that was run on 3/14/23 card ending 8400. Called Southaven RV and spoke to Becca. The refund was processed on a different card than the original sale was processed on. Original sale was on card 5482 on 9/1/22. Cardholders original card was compromised so her bank issued her a new card. Becca was refunding the customer because they had to cancel their reservation due to a family emergency. Sent all of this information back to PCS along with a screen shot from Clientline showing the original sale
