2 Aug 09 2024 Mike Thomas TT Karen did not print settlement report. Reset terminal and she will let me know if this happens again. If so will replace with used VL100
3 Aug 09 2024 Charlotte Groff Karen called in again this morning and again....her VX520 did not print a batch receipt from yesterday's transaction. I did confirm in IQ that her batch did close and the transaction settled. Transferred her to Mike to see if he can figure out why it's not printing a batch receipt. He said he's going to reset her terminal and see if it prints the batch receipt with today's transactions. If it does not, we will swap the terminal out with a Valor 100
4 Aug 07 2024 Charlotte Groff Karen called and said that her VX520 is not printing on the receipt. She had just recently changed the roll of paper. I had her turn the roll around and run a test transaction and it printed. Emailed her the batch report from 8/6/24 since the machine didn't print it.
5 May 21 2024 Charlotte Groff Merchant called and wanted to know how to process a refund on her VX520. She did not have the full card number, but she said she would call the cardholder and get it. While she is getting the card number, I emailed her the instructions on how to process the refund.
6 Aug 01 2023 Turned on auto settle aand set for 6:00 pm
7 Aug 01 2023 TT Karen switched to ethernet, had to enter static info...still getting connect errors. She will get het IT guy to check everything out.
8 Aug 01 2023 TT Carrie advised her where to plug in phone line and changed connection type to dial...not working she will check her line and call back if she needs any other help

The service code is the 3rd digit on the card. It identifies the range of services. We suggest reaching out to the issuing bank for further details I called Cathy and relayed the response.
