Spoke to Ken, still having issue with card not going through. Card issuing bank had blocked the transaction again on 3/7/2025. Explained that the customer has to call the card issuing bank to make sure the payment will not be blocked. |

TT Ken he still gets a code 61 when running a transaction for $3684.72 The decline code 61, “Exceeds approval amount limit,†indicates that the transaction amount exceeds the maximum amount set by the card issuer for a single transaction. This limit is put in place for security reasons and to manage spending. Customer must contact card issuing bank. |

Spoke with Ken, stated that they have not seen the deposits from all of September. Checked with SBC and they stated that everything was correct. Gave Ken the Trace Number, Dates, and Deposit Amounts to check with his bank. |

Ken called in and said he's missing a transaction from 10/13 for $1472.44 on card 1843 with Auth 07279G. I checked in Pioneer and did see a transaction on that card for $1531.33 with batch date 10/14. He is on cash discount so the batch total included the fee. I gave him the deposit amount of $1473.29 that was sent 10/16/23. He said that as of this morning his bank did not have the deposit but that he would give it one more day to see if it came through. If not, he will call back tomorrow. |
