Noticed that the terminal did not batch from 4/7 through 4/13. Called the branch and spoke to Bella. Had to delete trans $66.90 card 4506. It was run on VT ON 4/7 |

noticed that terminal did not batch for 2/13 & 2/14. Called Branch spoke with Daphne. Had to delete $33.56 Card 1022 from Tsys batch. I did find that transaction under Branch 11 VT on 2/8/22. After I deleted the transaction, she was able to batch SwipeSimple successfully. She also asked how to lock down the VT so that it always processess for her Branch 555. I told her that using the CCUser55501 would always get the transactions under her branch. I explained to her that the Branch user id was for Admin purposes for running refunds and pulling reports. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Noticed that 5/19 didn't batch. Called branch and spoke to Tiffany - she said they lost electricity on 5/19. There were no trans in current batch for SS or Tsys. Dug further and found the $162.00 trans from 19th had batched on 5/21. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: noticed that 12/10 did not batch nor has any day they had transactions on the terminal. Finally talked to Karen at the branch and we had to delete txn $238.15 on Card 9637 from 1/21/22 date. Confirmed it had been keyed via Virtual. She was able to batch after that. I highly recommended that she call Richard in their IT and let him know that their internet has been up and down all week and that it's causing issues with the terminal |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: noticed 2/8 did not batch - called branch and spoke to Brandie - she tried to transfer me to branch 555 but Tara was really busy and couldn't take the call but she did say that there was no batch receipt this morning. Asked Brandie to pass message on to Tara for her to try to run the batch when she has time and if there are issues she will call the office. |

Figured out the bad transaction was one for $21.65 (card 7526) (trans #4 in current batch). Deleted that transaction and was able to manually batch. Verified that the trans had been processed via virtual before deleting. |

Had her try to batch the terminal from SwipeSimple and it said no transactions in batch. Looked at current batch in Tsys and it showed 7 trans / $496.88. We had to batch the terminal from Tsys. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: TT- Tara - called her because they did not batch for 10/1 transactions. There was a problem with a transaction on 9/21 for $198.00 Card 8779 that was processed through the virtual when they had an issue on the terminal that day. No transactions since 9/21 until 10/1. Cleared the problem transaction from the batch and she successfully batched out. No need to rekey the problem trans as it was charged via Virtual
