3	Aug 01 2023			User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Noticed that 12/7 did not batch. Called branch and spoke to Trish. She manually batched the terminal. While closing the batch before the terminal printed a batch receipt it closed out the SwipeSimple app and went back to terminal home screen. I had Trish open SwipeSimple again and this time there were no transactions in current batch. Check the current batch in Tsys and there were no transactions there. I'm assuming that the 1 trans for $75.00 from 12/7 did actually batch the first time. Will confirm funding in IQ in the morning;
