I told her that it depends on if the card is still active on the issuer side. If it's not that the refund should reject. I suggested that she call back tomorrow when I can see the batches to see if the refund fully processes or not.

Pulled current batch from TSYS and deleted $100.00 card 6355. I did confirm that the transaction was processed on virtual on 3/18/22 before deleting. After we deleted the trans was able to manually batch

6	Aug 01 2023			User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Daily Audit noticed that 12/1 did not batch. Called Branch and spoke to Torie and she said that there was a batch receipt on the terminal this morning. Batched late
7	Aug 01 2023			User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: during daily audit noticed that 11/9 didn't batch. Called Branch and spoke to Joy and she said that the terminal is not connecting to WiFi. The Wifi symbol in the upper right corner was empty. I suggested she call corp and let them know her WiFi was down and she told me that it would probably come up later today. Still don't know for sure if this terminal batched late or not at all
