Spoke to Conrad who requested a screenshot showing the successful withdrawals. Sent it to Conrad and now Jason should receive his funds on 02/18/2025.
2	Feb 10 2025		Charlotte Groff	Jason Peek called and said he has a sale to process for a hunt and wanted to know what to do to get his account reactivated. I informed him that he needed to have $84.90 in that account so that SBC could send the debit for Dec 2024 and Jan 2025 fees and then the funds from his sale would be paid out. He told me to go ahead and have them re-send the debit that the money is there. Informed Conrad to resend the debit. Jason said he would wait a couple of days before running his sale.
3	Jan 10 2025		Charlotte Groff	Received an email from Conrad regarding January billing being returned by merchant's bank for NSF - $29.95. Called merchant and left a voicemail for him to call the office. We need to know when the funds will be in his account so that we can send out the debit again.
4	Nov 27 2024		Charlotte Groff	Updated banking information and submitted request to SBC for the same. Informed Jason of the balance owned for the returned ACH and fees ($120) and told him we'd debit it from his new account.
5	Sep 05 2024		Charlotte Groff	called and left multiple messages for Jason regarding the returned July fees and never received a response back. SBC sent an email today stating that they are closing his merchant account until the balance is paid.
6	Aug 21 2024		Charlotte Groff	SBC sent email that July fees were returned. Left Jason a voice mail asking him to call our office so we can find out when he will have the funds in the account.
7	Aug 01 2023			Kristi took her Swipe Simple Card reader from H and S Stockyards and gave it to Jason Peek.
