Diana called and said that she had called back in January to cancel this account and was told that she needed to send something in writing, so she emailed us on January 15th to close the account. They are still being billed. The account is still active in NPCrm. I filled out and emailed her the cancellation form that WP requires and asked her to make sure that Jenny signs it and returns it to me. |
