Mike called them and had to delete 2 transactions where the card number was not retained to be sent for batching. I submitted email to WorldPay to have them rekey the 2 trans. $64.44 - card 0414 and $54.00 - card 9217. SR# 60515622
2	Aug 01 2023			While doing the batch spreadsheet I noticed the terminal had not batched since 4/5-4/18. We contacted the branch and spoke to Dino. Had to delete $88.98 on card 9695 from 3/29 in order to batch out and then was able to successfully able to batch.
3	Aug 01 2023			Donna called trying to issue a refund on a card 3796 for $29.43 taken on the terminal. She was getting a declined on the refund. Called Tsys and they said that the cardholder would have to call her bank to see why they're not allowing the refund to go through. Relayed this information to Donna and she was going to call the cardholder and tell them that it's their bank that's declining the refund.
