Jasmine called and wanted to know how they could print receipts for customers that they run a transaction for on their mobile device. Walked her through how to use the SwipeSimple dashboard and look up the transaction and where the print function is. |

Received email from SBC regarding getting the merchant trained on AVS. I called Tabatha and asked her to please stress the importance of AVS to the merchant (her father) and she said that she will mention it to them again. She also explained that they are a roadside assistance company and they have trucking companies that pay the bill for their drivers so the driver will not have a card. After they have assisted a driver they will send an invoice to the trucking company and they will pay. These trucking companies are long time customers of theirs. They will enter AVS information if it's a new customer that they do not know. |

Tabatha called and said that her father ran a transaction on 8/23 for $5044 and it was declined so he turned around and ran it on his Square terminal and it went through. She wanted to know why. I called SBC and talked to Conrad. He looking in Tsys and said that the reason it was declined was a code 05 which means do not honor. I also spoke to Tabatha about running large dollar amount tickets because she mentioned an $18,000 ticket. So I told her that if he has a ticket for 1$10,000 or above to give us a heads up that he ran it or will be running it so we can let SBC know. |

Called SS to see if we could apply sales tax then do the non-cash adjust, they said there is no way to alter the order without adding a line item. I also reached out to Tabatha to see if reader was working. Her mother passed away this morning so she will call us when she has time to troubleshoot. She says it may have been because she turned her wi-fi off. Shipped new card reader tracking # 773882632031 next day |

received email from Tricia stating that this merchant needs to be moved off of Swipe Simple and over to RevUp POS with a P5 plus SIM card for $29.95/mo per Dee. The reason for the switch is because the B250 card reader that she has with Swipe Simple is not reliable. Often times it will not work. Requested new Var for RevUp. Current pricing is already set to $29.95/mo so no need to have pricing changed. |

Tabatha called and wanted to know why her batch from Friday, 2/28 was so low. The batch that we received on Friday was for 2/24 & 2/25 transactions. We manually batched the 2/28 transactions for her. She did say that she's been turning the terminal off every night when she leaves. This was the reason it wasn't batching. We also turned on 7% tax rate for her. |

Spoke to Tabatha, was having issues with her Dejavoo batching out. Spoke to Dejavoo and they stated that she needed to be set to Host Initiated Auto Settlement as they are on Revup. Made change and merchant is now batching out correctly. Merchant has a Dejavoo P5 with Revup. |
