I can see both transaction in Swipe Simple and confirmed that both were settled. Called the GEM team and got the full card number so that Michelle could run the refund. 2 Sep 07 2023 12:00 AM Charlotte Groff Michelle called in and wanted to know if a customer had been double charged on 9/6/23 for $22.05 Card 4034 because customer was seeing 2 sales on her bank. Only one was showing in Swipe Simple. Checked IQ and only 1 of the transactions batched but there were 2 authorizations. I explained that the funds would go back to the cardholders bank in a few days. She said that her terminal went back to the home screen when she inserted the card so she looked in the transaction history on the terminal and didn't see the transaction so she re-ran it and got it approved. Today when I was talking to her the terminal all of a sudden, without her even touching it, dropped the Swipe Simple app and went back to the home screen. I had her upload the diagnostic report right then and then I called Swipe Simple and spoke to Amanda and informed her what the terminal was doing and that there was a diagnostic report uploaded for it. She did confirm that the terminal was on the proper and latest version of Swipe Simple and TSYS. She will email me when she has an update for me Dee Karawadra Jan 31 2024 01:39 PM
3 Aug 04 2023 12:00 AM Charlotte Groff Called Bonnie today to have her take a look at the Tsys app to make sure it had "credit" on the front page after Tsys was open. There was no "Credit, Debit/EBT, Function" functions available. We uninstalled and reinstalled Tsys and Swipe Simple and those functions reappeared. I had her run a test transaction and she was able to run one successfully. During all of this, I found that her 8/1/23 transactions had not batched nor were they in the batch in the terminal. I sent WorldPay an email asking them to force settle / rekey the 4 transactions from 8/1. Transaction details are: 1. $129.45 - Card 1182; 2. $270.00 -Card 8871; 3. $22.05 - Card 9275; 4. $110.59 - Card 6561. SR 52351438 Dee Karawadra Jan 31 2024 01:39 PM
4 Aug 02 2023 12:00 AM Bonnie called in stating that her terminal was getting stuck in Loading after you inserted the card. Called Swipe Simple and spoke to Joshua. 6 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: during daily audit noticed that 12/7 did not batch. Called branch and spoke to Michelle. She did have the batch receipt. She also needed help with issuing a refund. She had previously tried to process the refund in the terminal and the terminal was processing the request when it lost it's internet connection. When she pulled the transaction back up in Transaction History there was no option to issue the refund. I did search Swipe Simple to make sure the refund for $132.50 on Card # 8566 was not already processed. No records of the refund. We had to issue the refund in Tsys. I did tell her that this refund will not appear in her batch total from SwipeSimple for today and that she needs to call Lynda Long at Corporate and let her know we ran it in Tsys. Called branch and spoke to Bonnie and they did get a batch receipt from 10/8 at 7:13 pm for the correct amount showing in Swipe Simple (6 sales $744.58 and 1 refund $1500.00).
