Received an email from Corissa asking help for Kelly at Branch 103 as her terminal had not batched out for 2/21 & 2/22 dates. she was getting Batch Close Error. When I pulled the condensed report from Tsys it showed 8 transactions for 2/21 & 2/22 which matched what Swipe Simple was showing, however, the condensed report did not have any card numbers listed on it for any of the 6 transactions from 2/21. I called Tsys and they said the 1st transaction in the batch was the culprit so I deleted it from the batch and still got batch close error. I called Tsys back and now the #2 transaction was the culprit. Basically I had to delete all 6 transactions from 2/21/24 date to get the ones from 2/22/24 to batch. I emailed WorldPay ISO Support with the 6 transactions that I deleted so that they can rekey them and get Binswanger paid and the customer billed. A total of $2112.18. Also sent SwipeSimple an email with the TSYS condensed report attached reporting the issue where the card numbers were not present. Rekey request SR# 60406596 |

Spoke with Kelly Woods in response to her email and gave her the username and password she requested for the terminal. She then stated she would contact us if she was unable to get into the terminal. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Carolyn called in and said that her batch receipt for this morning had connect error on it. I checked in IQ and the terminal did not batch. They had 3 transactions for yesterday (2 sales and 1 refund). The gross was $-236.27. They have already run 2 transactions today and she wanted to wait until the end of today to run the batch. She did say that if there is no batch receipt Monday morning that she would manually batch. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Paul called in to say that the terminal keeps hanging up when trying to run a transaction. Had him run test trans and it got stuck in loading transaction. Had him unplug the terminal and then plug it back in. Once he logged back in the terminal worked fine. He ran a test transaction successfully |

Spoke to Kelly - she said that terminal has been losing it's connection frequently to which they just reboot the terminal and it's fine. Today she said that after she rebooted it quit printing receipts. Called Swipe Simple and they said that there is a new bug in the 6.26 version of software that affects the printing of a receipt. She walked us through the steps to get it to print and then rebooted the terminal again and it started printing.
