Denise called and said that a customer had initiated a dispute on her card 7244 for $2923.64 from 2/17/23 but that the cardholder had stopped / cancelled the dispute with her bank. Denise wanted to know if I could see if the chargeback had been cancelled or not. I looked in IQ and did not see any chargebacks for this branch but did tell her that it's a little early for it to show up in the system since it's only been 5 days. She was going to issue the customer a partial refund, but didn't want to do that until she knows for sure the CB has been stopped. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Noticed that 5/3 did not batch. Called branch and spoke to Denise. She said that her internet has been up and down a lot. When she tried to manually batch this morning she received some kind of error but didn't pay attention to what the error message said. She thought it was her internet connection again. She tried to manually batch again when I called her and this time she got No Transactions in current batch. When I looked at the current batch in TSYS there were only 3 transactions that were listed and those 3 matched the ones showing in SS. I had to manually batch her in TSYS to get the transactions to settle. It was 3 txns / $411.84 |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Noticed that the terminal did not batch from 3/23 - 3/31. Called the branch and spoke to Denise. She got Batch close error. Pulled the TSYS batch and had to delete $192.40 card 9585. Confirmed that the transaction was processed via virtual on 3/22 before deleting . Once the trans was deleted she was able to successfully close the batch. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Denise called and wanted to make sure that a certain transaction was included in the batch. I could see the transaction in SwipeSimple. She did not get a batch receipt so she was able to manually batch the terminal for the correct amount. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Noticed that 12/9 did not batch. Called branch and spoke to Denise. Tried to manually batch and she received Batch Close Error. Looked in Current Batch in Tsys and the 1st transaction listed was for $173.59 on Card # 6528. First confrimed that this transaction had been approved in virtual and then deleted the trans from the batch. Once it was deleted she was able to successfully batch but the terminal did not print a batch receipt. Her wi-fi signal keeps dropping off and then coming back. She's been having a lot of issues with the terminal lately |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: TT- Denise and the terminal was not working as it should. When they would try to enter an amount to run a sale nothing would happen when they pressed the keys. I had her unplug the power source and plug it back in. It was working fine after the reset. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Called Branch spoke to Denise - Their terminal did not batch for 9/20. Had her try to manually batch and she received an error. Had her run Current batch in Tsys and the bad transaction was #1 for $150 - MC 3589 from Friday. On Friday when she didn't get approval on terminal she ran the transaction on Virtual. Cleared the bad transaction from the batch and she was then able to batch successfully. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: TT - Denise - Every time she tried to run a transaction on her terminal it would say already processing. I had her reboot the terminal and she was able to successfully run a $.01 test transaction then walked her through how to void it on her terminal. |
