Spoke with Michelle about transaction ran on 6/20 for $400.00- card 7281 and when she ran it the terminal glitched and can't be seen in Swipe Simple. I then called TSYS to confirm if the transaction went through and they confirmed it did go through with approval code 59479Z. I then told Michelle that the transaction went through and that I would check the transaction the next day to confirm and it in fact did go through. |

Michelle called today and said that she ran a transaction for $2481.10 on AmEx card 1004 but did not get an approval receipt. She wasn't sure what happened because she stepped away for a second. I called TSYS and the they had no record of the transaction. I called Michelle back and told her to just rerun the transaction because it never went through. |

Checked with Michelle this morning about the $1400.00 transaction. The terminal did batch out successfully last night but did not include the $1400.00 (card 2787) transaction. Sent an email to ISO group at WorldPay to see if they will force the transaction through settlement. Included a screenshot of the auth log. I also sent a screenshot of the auth log to Michelle at Binswanger. |

Michelle called in and said that she keyed a $1400.00 transaction on card 2787 on the terminal and in the middle the terminal just quit. I could not see the transaction in Swipe Simple so I called TSYS and they confirmed that it did go through. I called Michelle back to tell her by got her voice mail. I was going to just batch the transactions through TSYS so that this transaction would settle. Tried to call Michelle back to do that and she had already left for the day. |

Michelle called in and said she ran a transaction on the Virtual terminal today for $304.00 Card 4999 and wanted to know how she could see it. When I looked under her branch, there were no transactions today. I checked location 11 (corporate office) and she had accidentally run it there. I emailed her a copy of the receipt. |

Gary, a field tech, called in saying that he was having issues getting into his mobile app for Swipe Simple. He was trying to his his own email address as his user name. I gave him the CCUser58803 and the password and he was able to login . |

She did say that it was authorized on the mobile app so I explained to her that she would need to look at the mobile transactions for her branch instead of terminal transactions. I did confirm that the transaction was approved and settled on 5/2 |

I explained to him that there are costs associated with that and that the request for a new profile would have to come from the corporate office along with a valid Binswanger Glass email address. Morgan reached out to Linda Jason and Richard asking for the email address. |

User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: During daily Audit - did not batch for 10/20. Called Branch and spoke to Michelle. Tried to manually batch in SwipeSimple but it said no transactions in batch. Confirmed that the terminal did have paper in it. Checked current batch in Tsys and it showed the 3 txns/ $348.98 which matched what I'm seeing in SwipeSimple. Had to manually batch her through Tsys. |

Pulled current batch via Tsys and 1st txn was $76.67 Card 9231. Cardholder paid by different card on virtual terminal. Deleted this card from batch and then was able to manually batch terminal |
