I had submitted an SR on 8/15/24 to get her account closed and the refund issued and WorldPay closed the account without issuing the refund. Called the GEM team and they opened another SR# 61466678to have the refund issued. Emailed Mary back and told her to give it 5 days per the SLA of the refund.
