2 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Lisa Taylor called in and asked if it was common for IBUXX merchants' transactions to charge the cardholders but not pay the merchant. I told her that in general not specific to IBUXX that I have seen that happen with PIN Debit but not really with credit cards. The merchant is thinking she is short about $200.00 over the last few months. I told Lisa that we needed her batch receipts and time frames of when she thinks she was shorted. Lisa thinks it may be due to her tips that she's had issues with her tips before. Lisa was going to talk to her more about it and have her gather her batch receipts.
