5 Dec 26 2023 12:00 AM TT Briar concerning terminal not connecting to wi-fi. I had talked to the merchant on Friday after hours and they were having internet issues, Comcast came today and did something and all their other equipment was working on wi-fi. I offered Briar the VT and also told him he could connect with ethernet cable. He said he didn't have the authority to make those decisions and would ,have his manager call me. 6 Aug 28 2023 12:00 AM Charlotte Groff Bill McDowel called and said he was missing a batch receipt and wanted to go through the transactions that were on his batches from 8/24 through 8/26 batch dates.
