1	Aug 21 2023 12:00 AM		I received an email from Marcus stating that he had received a chargeback for $695.77 and presented all of his documentation. Vantiv put the funds back in his account when he presented his documents. Now Vantiv had pulled the funds again. I called Marcus and conferenced him in with Vantiv Chargeback dept (spoke to Allen). Allen said that the issuing bank reviewed his documentation and decided that it didn't match what they have on file, so they moved forward with the chargeback and Vantiv deducted the money away from AZ Towing again. Marcus asked what Impact can do about this and when I told him that there is not much we can do in situations like this he said that he will find another processor.
