He said if it were one of their 3rd party processors, it wouldn't be recorded for 30 seconds and it would not be represented that way. He has put in a request for any 3rd party processor to stop calling, but he said those processors do not represent themselves as Discover. I will call Linda and see if she knows anything and will call Discover. I told Faye if it is anything legitimate, I would let her know, otherwise I advised her not to give out any personal information such as checking account number, rtg number, etc...
