The batch is too big to settle over dial (it hasn't batched for about a week) we tried connecting to ethernet but she doesn't have a cable. The terminal is going to offline when using dial. I told her it was really hard to determine the exact amount that would be charged because there are so many variables but I suggested she just tell him 2% and that may or may not cover every penny of fees for that one transaction.
