2	Jan 03 2024 12:00 AM	Charlotte Groff	Stephanie called about a debit that hit their bank account on 1/2/24 for $1300.00. When I looked in Clientline, I did see a chargeback for $1300.00. I encouraged her to send in all her documentation but advised her that since the transaction was manually keyed in (taken over the phone) that most likely she will lose the chargeback.
