Received cancellation request for this merchant. Opened SR 60014418 in NPCrm to have the account cancelled on Vantiv's platform. Merchant owned equipment. I sent an email to Vantiv Support to have their Swipe Simple account closed out as well. |

Received message back from Internal Support (Kamu McDonald) regarding the case they opened for Invalid Transaction. Once again, they are telling me that the cardholder needs to call their bank back that this is a bank issue. I called Sheila and relayed this information to her once again. |

Sheila called back in this morning with the Invalid Transaction as she got yesterday, but a totally different card. This time it's on card 0884 but from the same bank (BIN 521997). Both of these cards have gotten approvals in the past (#6600 from Aug & Sept and #0884 from June and July). I called Vantiv and spoke to Tech Support who transferred me to Internal Support. Internal Support opened a case #23443536 with an SLA of 48 hours. I gave them my email address and they will respond back to me once they hear back from the research.

Sheila called in and said she was getting invalid Transaction on a trans that she tried to run last week and again this week. Looked in IQ and found the declined transactions she mentioned for $75.00 on card 6600. Called Vantiv to see why it was declined. They said the response came from the issuer and the cardholder needed to call her bank. Relayed this information to Sheila. |
