He had an approved receipt with an approval code on it, but he said that it happened so quickly that he was reluctant to believe that it actually did fully process. 2 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM Tim called to say that he had issues with his terminal declining almost every single transaction on Saturday 3/25. I called SBC to get them to look at the auth log but they could not see any of the declines. I got him to send over a few of the decline receipts. I noticed that all of them had the same Transaction ID which was odd, so I called Exadigm Support. After looking up the serial number of the terminal, Exadigm told me that the merchant has not upgraded his terminal in a couple of years and that could be why all of them were declining. When I called Tim back, he admitted that he never has accepted any of the downloads. I told him that Exadigm strongly suggest that he do the updates and then try a transaction.
