2 Dec 07 2023 12:00 AM Morgan Withee I looked in iQ and I see the transaction for $240 on card ending in 7991 however it did not settle out yesterday as I thought it would.  I have put in a request with iso client services to force this transaction through.  This normally takes 5-7 business days.  Once I see it has been forced through I will send the merchant the screenshot on this transaction. 3 Dec 06 2023 12:00 AM Dec 07 2023 Morgan Withee Leigh ran a transaction on the terminal the wifi went out so when it came back up they ran it again. The customer was double charged so Leigh voided the one in Swipe Simple. She wants a slip for the one that did go through. I told her the only way I could do this was to pull it from iQ in the morning and email it over to her. 4 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM Noticed that terminal did not batch for 3/8/23. They had 1 refund for $290.60. Eric from Customer Care Center tried to transfer me to branch, but no one answered. Checked their totals in IQ today and the refund had batched out. Dee Karawadra Jan 31 2024 01:39 PM

8 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: During daily audit - 11/2 did not batch. Called and spoke to Leigh and she manually batched but the terminal did not print a batch receipt. I confirmed that the terminal did have paper in it. Just to make sure it did batch we checked Tsys and it said no transactions in batch Dee Karawadra Jan 31 2024 01:39 PM
