3 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: Merchant called in to say that her terminal is getting no line when they're trying to batch out. I told her that the no line means that the terminal can not detect a dial tone. She did say that she does have a dedicated line for her terminal. I had her unplug the phone cord from the phone jack and then plug it back in securely. She still got no line. I asked her if she could plug her phone into the jack that the terminal is plugged into to see if she can hear a dial tone. She was gong to try to do that. She asked if I could go ahead and close her batch and I told her that I wouldn't be able to close her batch that it needed to be closed on her terminal.
