Called PCS and spoke to Stacey and she says that it was sent and told me to have merchant fax over screenshot of their bank account from 8/23 until 8/27. Sent that screenshot in an email to PCS agentsupport@pcs4fuel.com asking for an ACH tracing number or some way to help the merchant find the deposit. 2 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM Received notice from PCS today that they have sent the merchant an email with a link where they can pay for the new Clover Mini they ordered. I called Amanda at Oscar's and got voicemail. Left a detailed message about the email, who it will be from and that as soon as the payment is made via the link then the equipment will be deployed. 4 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM Amanda sent Morgan an email stating she was ready to get a new Clover Mini. I called PCS and they sent me a form for Out of Warranty Clover Replacements. I gave her access to clientline so that she could respond to it in the portal. It kept telling her that the accoutn was locked and would not let her submit the documents.
