3 Oct 17 2023 12:00 AM Charlotte Groff Ken called in and said he's missing a transaction from 10/13 for $1472.44 on card 1843 with Auth 07279G. I checked in Pioneer and did see a transaction on that card for $1531.33 with batch date 10/14. He is on cash discount so the batch total included the fee. I gave him the deposit amount of $1473.29 that was sent 10/16/23. He said that as of this morning his bank did not have the deposit but that he would give it one more day to see if it came through.
