I did check the Chase Paymentech Resource online site and saw there were no comparable transactions of this size, and very limited processing. The largest transaction processed within the last year was $400.00. Can you please correspond with the merchant and request that they provide us with an invoice for the transaction with the cardholders billing name, address and a copy of the signed sales receipt? Also due to the amount, we will need to review the last 3 months of the merchant�s bank statements summary page only to the account we deposit funds into.
