Called Vantiv Tech Support spoke to Andrew - he had her close out her batch for today and then reboot the terminal. This appeared to have cleared up the issue as she ran a test transaction on her personal card for $1.00 and did not get the batch report before she got her approval receipt. 14 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: lindsay Jones -> Notes: Programmed the ICT250 via dial on Saturday. Contacted Vantiv for the download and it went well. Tested EBT and trained Stephanie and Randy on the terminal. All went great. Took awhile to download via dial, but they are utilizing dial. If that should change, she will let me know. They don't accept AMEX or Fleet Cards, but I let her know if they end up wanting AMEX, the opt blue will be beneficial.
