3 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM noticed that terminal did not batch for 2/13 & 2/14. Called Branch spoke with Daphne. Had to delete $33.56 Card 1022 from Tsys batch. I did find that transaction under Branch 11 VT on 2/8/22. After I deleted the transaction, she was able to batch SwipeSimple successfully. She also asked how to lock down the VT so that it always processess for her Branch 555. I told her that using the CCUser55501 would always get the transactions under her branch. I explained to her that the Branch user id was for Admin purposes for running refunds and pulling reports. Dee Karawadra Jan 31 2024 01:39 PM

6 Aug 01 2023 12:00 AM User: Charlotte Goff -> Notes: noticed that 12/10 did not batch nor has any day they had transactions on the terminal. Finally talked to Karen at the branch and we had to delete txn $238.15 on Card 9637 from 1/21/22 date. Confirmed it had been keyed via Virtual. She was able to batch after that. I highly recommended that she call Richard in their IT and let him know that their internet has been up and down all week and that it's causing issues with the terminal Dee Karawadra Jan 31 2024 01:39 PM

Figured out the bad transaction was one for $21.65 (card 7526) (trans #4 in current batch). Deleted that transaction and was able to manually batch. Had her try to batch the terminal from SwipeSimple and it said no transactions in batch. Looked at current batch in Tsys and it showed 7 trans / $496.88. We had to batch the terminal from Tsys. There was a problem with a transaction on 9/21 for $198.00 Card 8779 that was processed through the virtual when they had an issue on the terminal that day. No transactions since 9/21 until 10/1.
